My Story

My Story Animal and Human Nutrition 101My story begins with me working in various different jobs and in Sept 1984, I landed a job with a publishing company that would change the trajectory of my life in learning the skills to set up my own business. In Jan 2000 I was given my exit papers. After a lot of thought, and creating a business relationship with Gene Berman, a horse owner and had a successful Internet marketing business. So, I took my severance pay and entered web design school with the goal of becoming a designer for the horse industry; an industry I already loved. In June of 2000, I opened my first business, Web Services Etc., and landed my first client in October! For the next 18 years, I professionally designed websites for horse related businesses

Introduction to Animal and Human Nutrition

In 2005, while attending a tradeshow to market my web design business, once again I met someone who would change the direction of my life when I accepted an invitation to attend a Dynamite Specialty Products seminar. This led to my becoming an Independent Distributor for Dynamite Specialty Products with Van Harding as my teacher.

Since I still wanted to do web design while learning all about nutrition and the product line, I attended trade shows with Van learning the ins and outs of nutrition and the business.

Enter my second business, Animal and Human Nutrition 101. My company’s mission statement, “Living A Healthier Life Through Better Nutrition for All Living Things” demonstrates my commitment to educating the public on eating a more natural diet for all species.

My Love of Horses and the Industry

My Other Passion

After my dad passed and to honor both my parents in their endeavors in the theater, I formed a Christian theater company with several "like minded: thespians, performing from 2003 to 2008 at surrounding churches and theater venues. Every time I walked on stage for rehearsals, I could hear Dad's voice reminding me "Be on time" and " and "know your lines". I always felt his presence when performing. Now retired, Cathy lives in Thousand Oaks, Ca enjoying retirement and working part time with her nutritional business.
